Call-me-back request form

switchboard-belAs a pilot Switchboard offers asylumseekers a call-me-back option. This will save you costs on your phone bill or prepaid card.

Read this first:

  • We will try calling you on the number provided on the choosen time slot.
  • If our operators are busy or if we cannot contact you in time, we will reply via e-mail (when provided).
  • This service is only available for asylum seekers in the Netherlands.
  • Only Dutch numbers will be called.
  • Incoming calls from Switchboard will be shown on your phone’s display as ‘Anoniem’.

Make your call-me-back request:

  • Provide the telephone number on which we can call you.
  • Not required. But if we fail to reach you by phone, we can contact you via e-mail.
  • Please provide us with brief information on what you want to talk about.
    We will try to contact to in the choosen time slot. If we cannot contact you and when you have provided us with your e-mail address, we will contact you by e-mail.
