With the theme: “Great Expectations: Envisioning a new decade of LGBTI workplace Inclusion”, conference participants will set the tone and establish priorities for our movement in the years to come.
Workplace Pride is proud to announce that our 2020 International Conference will be held at the World Trade Center in the Dutch City of Rotterdam on Friday, June 19th.
Long known as city with global scope, due in part to its massive harbour, the largest in Europe, it is also the home to several of Workplace Pride’s members and a growing center of international business.
What a fitting place then to explore the landscape that the LGBTI workplace inclusion movement is currently operating around the world. This conference will bring together important actors from the business, governmental and academic worlds, not to mention of-course many representatives from our own LGBTI community.
Collectively we will take a close look at the concept of accountability, examine the pitfalls and the many opportunities that we will all encounter, and determine the priorities for both the community and our partners in the coming decade.
Registration for the conference opens on Monday, March 30th so watch this space!
